From sustainable mops and cloths to bespoke private label solutions, we help organisations maintain safe, hygienic, and efficient environments.

Approach to Healthcare

As an approved supplier on the NHS Supply Chain, Ramon Hygiene Products supports healthcare providers nationwide through a wide network of trusted distributors. Our strategic partnership with TTS, Italy’s leading manufacturer of professional cleaning systems, enables us to offer bespoke cleaning trolleys and innovative solutions tailored to healthcare environments. Combined with our UK-based group manufacturing capabilities, we deliver products with significant environmental and cost benefits — reducing lead times, lowering carbon footprint, and supporting supply chain resilience. We are committed to helping healthcare teams achieve the highest standards of hygiene while optimising operational efficiency.

Impact of Products / Services on Healthcare

Ramon Hygiene supports healthcare providers in delivering cleaner, safer environments through high-quality, colour-coded cleaning products designed to help eliminate cross-contamination. Our extensive network of suppliers, combined with in-house UK manufacturing, ensures a resilient and responsive supply chain. We are committed to continuous innovation — introducing solutions that enable NHS trusts, facilities management teams, and cleaning operatives to work more efficiently, reduce costs, and meet the highest hygiene standards. By aligning product design with healthcare needs, we help customers maintain compliance, improve patient safety, and operate more sustainably.

Innovation

Trinity Mop Range – Push. Thread. Compress. One Socket Fits All.
Ramon Hygiene’s patented Trinity socket is the first of its kind to fit wooden, Interchange, Exel, and most threaded handles, eliminating the supplier lock-in and costly handle replacement programmes that have long restricted flexibility in healthcare cleaning operations.

By standardising mop compatibility, Trinity simplifies procurement, reduces stock complexity, and cuts staff training time. Its lightweight yet durable design saves significant plastic waste annually, supporting sustainability goals. Proudly UK-made, Trinity helps facilities and FM providers standardise across multiple sites, reduce operational costs, and achieve consistent hygiene standards, all without forcing a costly system overhaul.

Future Direction

We are investing significantly in UK mop production to strengthen supply resilience and reduce environmental impact. In early 2025, we added a semi-automatic production line, with a fully automated machine scheduled for installation in October 2025. Once operational, our potential capacity will be market-leading in the UK, enabling us to meet growing demand, shorten lead times, and further enhance our ability to deliver high-quality, British-made cleaning products to the healthcare and facilities management sectors.
